When I was young I was quite fit, but as I got older and had children, I began to put on weight. I found myself low on stamina. I was fatigued all the time, I had no endurance, and I was always out of breath. I wanted to get back in shape. I began cutting the junk out of my diet and eating healthier, but I knew in order to get my stamina back, I would need to get some exercise too. I needed some motivation and guidance. A friend recommended a training website for running and walking. It offered a program for obesity guidance and fitness through walking. I really love how such a simple activity can have such a positive effect on overall health, fitness and endurance. I began walking daily, no matter what the weather, and I really began to see the difference. Already I’m noticing some weight loss and more energy.
